Data Modification: Our system is designed for read-only access. We do not possess the capability to make updates or modifications to your HubSpot database. Our interaction is limited to reading and storing data for analytical purposes.
Data Retention: User data is retained unless the user explicitly requests deletion or terminates their account. We prioritize data retention to enhance user experience and provide insights tailored to the user's needs.
Data Shared: Only the necessary information required to formulate a response is shared, which are used by Chat GPT 3.5 to generate responses.
Usage Purpose: The shared data is exposed to the Language Model (LLM) solely to facilitate the generation of responses to user queries. We do not use this data for any other purpose.
Response Generation: The LLM processes the provided data to generate tailored responses to user queries, ensuring a more personalized and effective interaction.
User consent for data retrieval and storage occurs during the initial connection to the HubSpot API. We ensure transparency and user control over data usage by obtaining explicit consent.
