We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Representative with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, agile, diligent and highly organised representative to support our team in revolutionizing the data economy through APIs. Since we already have a great team generating leads for you, your work will be to focus on Sales. You will provide assistance to our CEO. The latter has great tips to share on how to sell Blobr but as the first Sales person, you will be the one in charge of enhancing the pitch. As the first Sales person of our dynamic team, you will provide invaluable assistance to our CEO selling Blobr and build the Sales team. If you are fascinated by technology and innovation, brilliant at multitasking, ready to tackle new challenges on a daily basis and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment alongside with bright and energetic individuals - we would love to meet you!
You will be the owner of the Sales cycle, from the first meeting to the closing. At Blobr, a Sales cycle usually takes from 2 to 6 months. You will participate in all customer meetings and will need to provide answers to different types of profiles (most often Technical and C-level ones). You will need to manage customer meetings and answer needs from different type of interlocutors (Quite often C-levels and technical).
In more details, you will have to:
-> Present, promote and sell Blobr using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers worldwide
-> Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
-> Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
-> Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
-> Coordinate sales effort with team members and lead generation team
You will also create and implement our strategy to get a scalable Sales methodology and reduce the mid-term sales cycle.

-> Analyse territory, market’s potential, track sales and status reports
-> Provide feedback to the Product team on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
-> Keep ahead of best practices and promotional trends
-> Help structure and lead the Sales team on the mid term
-> Highly motivated and target-driven, with a proven excellent track record in sales for SaaS products and complex selling scenarios.
-> Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills in English
-> Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
-> Previous experience with complex sales
-> Management experience and experience in building a Sales team from scratch
-> Experience selling data or API related service
