Your main focus will be on talent acquisition. As the team is small, you will also be expected to handle other tasks on an ad hoc basis. In more details, you will have to:
-> Target, filter and attract the best candidates for all of our teams.
-> Understand the business specificities in order to explain them to the candidates.
-> Implement the most relevant tools to manage applications from end to end.
-> Prospect candidates via a direct approach (Linkedin, emails, partnerships etc) or an indirect one (generating applications via different job boards).
-> Lead the recruitment process.
-> Select the best profiles, present them to the operational team and monitor the progress of the process.
-> Maintain an excellent recruitment process.Participate with the CEO and managers in the employee development strategy.
-> Have the role of internal HR referent for the existing team.
-> Collaborate with the Marketing team in order to update the existing Careers page of the website.
-> Help the CEO for financial tasks related to HR: for example, the PayFit integration, the luncheon voucher company to put in place.
-> Help the CEO organize events from time to time (example: off-site, team building activities).
-> You have 2-3 years of experience in a HR team.
-> You are fluent in written & spoken English.
-> You are very organized and have a synthesis capacity.
-> You are passionate about recruitment, especially sourcing and hunting.
-> You want to contribute to the development of Blobr and consider taking a HR management role in the mid term.
-> Native English.
-> Experience in the B2B sector and/ or in the start-up world recruiting Tech people.
